Charles Fahrer（法赫酒莊）位於法國 Alsace 中部 Orschwiller，鄰近 Haut-Koenigsbourg 城堡，是當地重要的家族型酒莊之一。 官方資料提到目前由 Thierry Fahrer 與 Axel Fahrer 共同管理，延續家族多代的葡萄栽培與釀造傳統。

酒莊總面積約 11 公頃，分布於多個地塊。在風土上，該區有充足日照與多元土壤條件， 酒莊因此發展出從清爽型白酒、粉紅酒到 Crémant 與 Grand Cru 的完整系列。Dames Fahrer 系列以家族女性命名， 其中就包含這支 Pinot Noir Rosé de Christiane 2024。

就喝喝現場定位來說，這款粉紅酒風格乾淨、酸度明亮、果香鮮明，適合做為餐前酒，也適合搭配冷盤、烤物與香料料理； 在台灣氣候下冰鎮後飲用，平衡度與易飲性都很不錯。

Domaine Charles Fahrer is based in Orschwiller, central Alsace, close to Château du Haut-Koenigsbourg. According to the winery’s official profile, the estate is family-run and currently operated by Thierry Fahrer and Axel Fahrer, continuing a long multi-generation winemaking tradition.

The estate spans about 11 hectares across multiple parcels. With strong sunshine exposure and mixed soils in the area, Charles Fahrer develops a broad range: classic Alsace varietal wines, Crémant, Grand Cru selections, and the Dames Fahrer line named after women in the Fahrer family. Pinot Noir Rosé de Christiane 2024 belongs to this Dames Fahrer collection.
