Champagne Bauser 家族酒莊位於 Champagne 南部的 Les Riceys，地處 Côte des Bar（Aube），是少數同時擁有 Champagne、Rosé des Riceys、Coteaux Champenois 三項產區認證的風土。
1975 年由 René 與 Claudie Bauser 創立，現由子女 Sophie、Frédéric、Sébastien 接班；20 公頃葡萄園以黏土石灰岩為主，地塊含 Val Gondon、Val Bazot，並取得 HVE niveau 3 認證。
酒莊為 RM（Récoltant Manipulant）小農，從採收到裝瓶全程自管。店內 Cuvée Brut Chardonnay 為 100% 白中白，適合慶祝與海鮮場合。

Champagne Bauser is a family house in Les Riceys, Côte des Bar (Aube), southern Champagne.
Founded in 1975, the SCEV is now run by Sophie, Frédéric, and Sébastien Bauser across 20 hectares.
The estate works clay-limestone soils on plots such as Val Gondon and Val Bazot, with HVE level 3 certification.
As a Récoltant Manipulant, Bauser controls the full process from vineyard to bottle.
風味筆記
淡金色，檸檬、青蘋、烤麵包與杏仁香，氣泡細緻，Dosage 7g/l 口感偏乾爽，礦感與奶油感並存。
