Les Terres Blanches 由 Céline 與 Benoît Blet 於 2004 年接手，位於 Loire 產區 Oiron（Thouarsais），美食家 Curnonsky 曾稱此地 Chenin（Pineau de la Loire）為卓越白酒產區。

約 10 公頃葡萄園以有機、生物動力法耕作，並取得 Vin méthode Nature 認證；主要品種為 Chenin、Gamay、Cabernet Franc，採收、釀造、裝瓶全程在酒莊完成。

店內 Ancestral 系列為祖傳法（méthode ancestrale）氣泡，除渣不補糖，風格自然直率。

Les Terres Blanches is run by Céline and Benoît Blet in Oiron, in the Thouarsais area of the Loire.

Since 2004 they have farmed about 10 hectares organically and biodynamically with Vin méthode Nature certification.

Chenin, Gamay, and Cabernet Franc are harvested, vinified, and bottled at the estate.

Their Ancestral range is made méthode ancestrale, disgorged with no dosage.
