上博恩丘（Hautes-Côtes de Beaune）在伯恩丘上方丘陵，取自較高村落的黏土石灰岩地塊，夏多內常較金丘村級更清新親民。

這支 2023 是乾型白酒，酒莊建議 10–12°C 品飲、在年份後 2–4 年內飲用。店內瓶裝參考售價 NT$2,100，亦有杯賣。
