Charles Fahrer（法赫酒莊）位於法國 Alsace 中部 Orschwiller，鄰近 Haut-Koenigsbourg 城堡，是當地重要的家族型酒莊之一。官方資料提到目前由 Thierry Fahrer 與 Axel Fahrer 共同管理，延續家族多代的葡萄栽培與釀造傳統。

酒莊總面積約 11 公頃，分布於多個地塊。在風土上，該區有充足日照與多元土壤條件，酒莊因此發展出從清爽型白酒、橘酒、粉紅到 Crémant 與 Grand Cru 的完整系列。

喝喝店內多支法赫酒款皆為有機或低干預風格，適合搭配亞洲料理、海鮮與書店小酌。

Domaine Charles Fahrer is based in Orschwiller, central Alsace, close to Château du Haut-Koenigsbourg.

The family estate is currently operated by Thierry and Axel Fahrer across about 11 hectares.

The portfolio spans classic Alsace varietal wines, skin-contact styles, Crémant, and Grand Cru selections.
